About the Journal
Problems of Modern Law is an international peer-reviewed scholarly law journal founded by the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Innovative Academy RSC LLC. The journal publishes research on pressing problems of modern law — constitutional, criminal, civil, international and digital law, and law enforcement — in Uzbek, Russian and English, in open access (CC BY 4.0). Every article undergoes double-blind peer review and is published with a Crossref DOI. The journal is published quarterly.
