The Founders

Its academic staff includes holders of PhD and DSc degrees across the juridical sciences, and its doctoral programmes generate a continuous body of original research requiring a credible publication venue. The Academy is located at 68 Intizor Street, Mirzo Ulug'bek district, Tashkent 100197.
Innovative Academy RSC LLC
Innovative Academy RSC LLC is a scholarly publishing organization based in Tashkent. It operates more than forty academic journals and conference series across the natural sciences, social sciences, and the humanities, serving authors in Uzbekistan, Central Asia, and beyond. Its editorial office manages submission handling, peer-review administration, copyediting, typesetting, and issue production.
The organization maintains the technical infrastructure on which modern scholarly publishing depends: Open Journal Systems (OJS) submission and workflow management, Crossref DOI registration, automated similarity screening, metadata deposit, OAI-PMH harvesting endpoints, and deposit into preservation services. It also manages applications to indexing and abstracting services on behalf of the journals it publishes.
Rationale for the Partnership
The two founders contribute complementary capabilities. The Academy supplies juridical authority, subject-matter expertise, access to law-enforcement practice, and an editorial community of qualified legal scholars. Innovative Academy RSC supplies the publishing technology, persistent-identifier infrastructure, indexing experience, and editorial-standards apparatus required for a journal to be taken seriously in the international scholarly record. The result is intended to be a journal that is simultaneously grounded in national legal practice and fully legible to international readers, indexers, and citation databases.
